Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, using accurate account information, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared unless H4Safe expressly authorizes that workflow.
Operational records
Patrol, ticket, incident, resident, and community records must be created and used only for legitimate authorized purposes. Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information they submit.
H4Safe does not replace professional judgment, emergency services, legal advice, or the policies of the applicable property or organization.
Prohibited conduct
You may not misuse H4Safe or interfere with its secure operation.
- Accessing accounts, communities, records, or systems without authorization.
- Submitting unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or intentionally inaccurate information.
- Attempting to bypass security, reverse engineer protected services, or disrupt availability.
- Using H4Safe in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
Service availability
H4Safe may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, or legal compliance. Offline and synchronization features are provided as operational aids and require users to confirm that critical records have synchronized successfully.
Intellectual property
H4Safe and its software, branding, designs, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms provide a limited right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when an account is no longer authorized, these terms are violated, or action is needed to protect users, communities, or the service. Local data should be reviewed before access ends.
Changes to these terms
H4Safe may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
